Refund policy
If something isn’t quite right with your item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To start a return, please email us at quwwahco@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll provide further instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide an online shipping label to make the process easy.
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product(s), minus return shipping fees.
Exchanges
Due to limited stock, exchanges are only available if your requested size is in stock.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is placed with an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, refunds will not be issued for shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, to cover processing costs.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
