All UK and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail and UPS respectively. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that order processing times can take up to 1 week before shipment. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Satisfaction & Delivery Policy

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched.
